Eun Joo Ahn

Eun Joo Ahn has performed as a violinist, soloist, and chamber artist in both the Republic of Korea and the United States. She earned her BM and MM degrees from the Ewha Womans University, her Artist Diploma (AD) from the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), University of Cincinnati, and her Professional Studies Certificate (PSC) from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. She performed her debut concert at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall in 2022 and another debut concert at Seoul Art Center’s IBK Chamber Hall. In 2023, she was the winner of the Concert Artists International Competition.

Ahn served as concertmaster of the Songpa Philharmonic Orchestra for seven years (2013-2020). She was also music director of the Seoul Oratorio Festival Orchestra and a string faculty member at the Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary in the Republic of Korea. She has performed at the Harvard Music Festival, CCM Accent 12 Summer Chamber Music Festival, Spoleto Summer Music Festival (Italy), Indiana University Summer Music Festival, Brussels Summer Music Festival (Belgium), Kuhmo Summer Music Festival, and Saverina Summer Music Festival (Finland).
